Oil on canvas painting of a perceptive clown by artist Michael Grow Hoppin circa 1990's. The painting features a traveling clown that appears to be sad  . The artist signature is in the bottom left hand corner.  The Condition of the oil painting is in good shape and has an oil certified seal , the frame has a couple of scratch's on it but can easliy be repaired .  This also comes from a Non- Smoker house.
