Oil on canvas painting of a perceptive clown by artist Michael Grow Hoppin circa 1990's. The painting features a clown that is wearing a nurse's hat that doesn'tlook very happy. The artist signature is in the bottom left hand corner and has a seal that is oil cetified .  The Condition of the oil painting is in good shape, the frame is made of oak.  This also comes from a Non- Smoker house.
